2021 Quilt Extravaganza Sponsorship

The Westport Historical Society (WHS) wishes to extend our sincere gratitude to the businesses and individuals listed below for their support of our 2021 Quilt Extravaganza this year. Support is critical to our ability to host this fundraising Extravaganza from which 100% of our profit will go to help replenish our other Educational Programs resources. Event and Harris-Kearney House staffing is provided by volunteers.

WHS was established to promote and foster public interest in and preserve the significant history of Westport, Missouri and Town of Kansas, Missouri and their founders. The Westport Historical Society was incorporated in 1964 as a 501 (c)(3)non-profit society, a tax exempt, non-profit organization and is responsible for maintaining and running the HKH Museum, several thousand historical artifacts, research including genealogy assistance and all our educational programs so to these businesses we say, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

Westport Historical Society has various sponsorship and advertising opportunities for individuals, organizations and businesses. Your support is fully deductible for income tax purposes because the Westport Historical Society is a 501 (c)(3)non-profit society.

Examples of Specific Support Opportunities

We offer a variety of sponsorships, suited for any budget. This will give you the choice of which one will give you the best possible business exposure or provide opportunities to individuals or small groups to support the museum's educational programs through your donations.

Make any donation amount to the Westport Historical Society earmarked with either:
- "2021 Quilt Extravaganza Sponsor"
- "Educational Fund"
- "Exhibit Support"
Purchase an ad in our fundraising Quilt Extravaganza Book entitled, "Every Quilt Has a Story: The Tammy Reid Quilt Collection." The book will include photos of all 61 quilts featured in the Quilt Extravaganza Exhibit, including details about each quilt. Available December 1, 2021
